Reviews and Ratings
My stay at Tundra Lodge was unfortunately marred by significant service issues and insufficient room cleanliness. While the water park entertained my kids and the staff at times showed friendliness, the overall experience was undermined by long check-in delays and unkempt accommodations. If you go, manage your expectations—especially regarding service efficiency and room condition.
My stay at the Tundra Lodge was quite a mixed bag. While the water park was a hit with the kids, the overall experience was marred by poor communication and overcrowded facilities. I came specifically for the water park, but encountered several issues that made the trip less enjoyable than anticipated.
I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the water park is a hit for kids and the rooms were decent, but the staff's attitude left a lot to be desired. The issues with the water park hours and room amenities were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. It's hard to recommend to families when there are better options nearby.
I had a mixed experience at the Tundra Lodge during our stay. While the kids absolutely loved the water park and there were several fun activities for them, I was left disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. Our room was average but not as clean as I expected, and the dining options were limited, especially in the evening. However, the overall value for a family stay, considering the entertainment, was decent.
