My stay at Tundra Lodge was unfortunately marred by significant service issues and insufficient room cleanliness. While the water park entertained my kids and the staff at times showed friendliness, the overall experience was undermined by long check-in delays and unkempt accommodations. If you go, manage your expectations—especially regarding service efficiency and room condition.
